Order Cancellations
Customers may request to cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase without penalty, provided the container has not yet been scheduled for dispatch.

Once an order has been processed, loaded for shipment, or dispatched from our facility, cancellation may no longer be possible and additional fees may apply.
Return Eligibility
Due to the size, customization, and freight handling of shipping containers, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- The container delivered is not the model or size ordered, or
- The container arrives damaged or defective due to shipping or manufacturing issues.
In such cases, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by email or phone, including photos and a detailed description of the issue.
Our logistics team will review your case and arrange for inspection, repair, replacement, or return as appropriate.
Return Process
If your return request is approved:
- Our team will coordinate with a licensed freight carrier to arrange pickup of the container.
- Containers must be in the same condition as delivered, unmodified, and free of any third-party alterations.
- The container must be accessible for freight pickup at the original delivery location.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will confirm eligibility and process your refund as outlined below.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7β10 business days after the returned container is received and inspected.
Refunds may be adjusted to cover:
- Actual return freight costs
- Restocking or administrative fees (if applicable)
- Any damage or alteration discovered upon inspection
Customers will be notified in writing of any deductions or adjustments prior to refund issuance.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Custom-modified or specially fabricated containers
- Containers that have been altered, relocated, or damaged after delivery
- Containers sold βas-isβ or under clearance/special pricing
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong container, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the damage or incorrect item, along with your order number.
We will investigate promptly and arrange for a repair, replacement, or full refund, depending on the circumstances.
