Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring the site is accessible on the scheduled delivery date. If redelivery is required due to inaccessibility or incorrect information, additional charges may apply.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing carrier details, tracking information, and estimated arrival time. Our customer service team monitors all shipments to ensure timely and secure delivery.
Delays and Exceptions
