All orders are processed and fulfilled from our U.S. distribution facilities. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, our logistics team begins preparing the container for dispatch.

Order processing typically takes 1–2 business days before shipment is scheduled with one of our verified freight partners.


Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to locations within the contiguous United States (48 states).
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories is not available at this time.


Shipping Costs

We offer flat-rate shipping on all orders.

  • Flat-rate shipping cost: $450 per order
  • Shipping cost is clearly displayed at checkout before payment
  • No hidden fees or additional mandatory shipping charges

Taxes (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.


Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days after shipment, depending on:

  • Delivery location
  • Freight carrier scheduling
  • Weather or other unforeseen transit delays

Delivery and Offloading

All deliveries are handled by licensed and insured freight carriers experienced in container transportation.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location has:

  • Adequate access for a large delivery truck or trailer
  • A clear, level, and stable area suitable for offloading

If delivery cannot be completed due to site inaccessibility or incorrect delivery information, additional charges may apply for rescheduling or redelivery.


Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with:

  • Carrier information
  • Tracking details (when available)
  • Estimated delivery timeframe

Our support team monitors shipments to help ensure timely delivery.


Delays and Exceptions

While we work to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your container arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work directly with the freight carrier to file a claim and resolve the issue promptly.
